What People Are Saying
"OPFIT has been a big part of my life for the past 2 years and I hope it continues to be. I have never consistently trained with the enthusiasm I have until I joined OPFIT. Being out in the open has a huge positive impact both physically and mentally and I have only realised the benefits of the outdoors during the past 2 years. I have beautiful woodlands, hills and greenery on my doorstep I never utilised until now. We do different exercises every week which helps keeping the whole body active and fit. As a group we have regular socials and everyone in the group makes an effort to get on, they are a great bunch of people. The instructor(s) are always encouraging and there if you need anything. If you are thinking about joining just give it a chance like I did and see how you feel, 2 years later I am still loving the variety and challenges on a weekly basis. There is no pressure to be a certain level, you take it at your own pace and improve at your own pace. It will be one of the best things you do this year!"

“A lifelong bucket list goal of running the London Marathon after 18 years of applying became a reality this year and after jubilation the sheer horror of the training kicked in. Downloading training plans and endless reading I couldn't work out what was best for me. So I contacted Redders for help. He guided me through the endless available information and worked on a plan specific to my needs with PT to help strengthen my core and manage injured and weak knees and hips. He guided me through my nutritional questions and gave support every step of the way ...even answering the phone to me on a Sunday during the marathon when I needed that voice of support and encouragement. Since then he has still encouraged me to continue with my training and take on new challenges.
Thank you Redders”

“It’s fair to say that before I was an OpFit member I was a 100% fair weather cyclist and runner. In this country I would be on form for 3 - 4 months of the year and out of it for the rest. Bounce from peak to poor health and back again. I contacted Redders as I wanted something different.
Nothing builds you up stronger and gives you a better sense of achievement than training 52 weeks of the year outdoors, as you do with OpFit. The availability of sessions, the encouragement from the trainers, the friendships and the real, positive team effort will push you to perform past your limits at each and every session.
I attend 2 to 3 sessions a week easily either in the parks or online through Zoom. These are thought out and delivered to maximise improvements in each member. Don’t tell the boss but he doesn’t charge nearly as much as he should for the service delivered.
Forget the gym and the same boring set routine… Join the OpFit gang outside, dragging sandbags across a rugby field, trail running through a forest in the rain or bear crawling through the snow. It’s madness but believe me you’ll be grinning from ear to ear and the positive gains you will make physically are truly amazing.
Physical achievements aside, like many people my mental health has become a bit of a battle the last few years. OpFit has been a vital part of pushing through and coming out the other side stronger and more resilient.
Thank you Redders and OpFit for holding me accountable to my regime and for your support throughout. You are the best.”
