I’m Ian “Redders” Redfern, founder of OPFIT. With over 30 years of service in the British Army, I’ve seen first-hand what true leadership, resilience, and unity can achieve. OPFIT is built on the same principles that shaped me — discipline, teamwork, and an unshakable commitment to others.
Every session I lead comes with fire, honesty, and a deep desire to see people grow — not just physically, but mentally too. There are no egos here, no judgement. Just a community of real people, training hard, pushing limits, and lifting each other up.
I’m backed by a handpicked team of coaches all ex-military, each one bringing their own wealth of experience and the same core values. We’re cut from the same cloth — disciplined, driven, and passionate about helping you become the best version of yourself.
